Four families matter most: availability (품절, 재입고), purchase limits (단독구매불가, 1인당 1개 구매제한), bundle wording (단품, 기획, 세트, 증정), and payment or discount exclusions (네이버페이 불가, 쿠폰 및 적립금 사용불가). Reading them tells you whether the order can be placed at all.
- 품절 means sold out, and it is often attached to one option while other options in the same listing stay buyable.
- 단독구매불가 means the item cannot be ordered on its own; it has to go with another product from the same seller.
- 1인당 1개 구매제한 and ID당 1회 구매제한 are caps counted per person and per account, not per order.
- 단품 is the item alone; 기획 and 세트 are bundled versions, and a 증정 freebie under 한정수량 can run out before the sale ends.
Availability: 품절 and 재입고
품절 — sold out, often per option
품절 means sold out. On a rom&nd cushion listing, one entry in the option field reads `21N 내추럴 [품절]` while the remaining shades stay selectable. The label is frequently attached to a single option, so a listing that looks available can still be missing the exact variant you want.
재입고 — coming back, but with no date
재입고 means restock. When the whole item is out, Musinsa replaces the buy button with a 재입고 alert, and its product questions include "재입고언제될까요?" — "when will it be restocked?" The alert says the seller intends to bring the item back, not when.
Purchase Limits: 단독구매불가 and Caps
단독구매불가 — cannot be ordered alone
A rom&nd outlet listing carries a notice reading, in part: 단독구매불가, 1인당 1개 구매제한, ID당 1회 구매제한, 네이버페이 불가, 쿠폰 및 적립금 사용불가, 일부 특가 품목과 합구매 제한. 단독구매불가 means the discounted item cannot be bought by itself; it has to go into an order with another product from the same seller. The closing phrase, 합구매 제한, adds that certain other sale items cannot be combined with it either.
Caps counted per person, not per order
1인당 1개 구매제한 is one per person; ID당 1회 구매제한 limits the purchase to once per account. These are seller rules counted at the person or account level, so asking for two does not unlock a second unit — it only creates an order that cannot be placed as written.
Bundles, Freebies and Limits
단품, 기획 and 세트 are different listings
단품 is the item on its own. Searching one product on Olive Young Korea returns it as 단품, 2입, 더블 기획 and 1+1 기획 — separate listings with different contents. A title such as "50+50ml 기획" or "[2입 기획]" means the box holds more than one unit, while "단품/2입/대용량/트래블키트" means the choice sits in the option field. Copy the exact option name into your request. 증정 and 한정수량
증정 is a free extra given with the purchase. The rom&nd cushion listing says its cover puff is given 1:1 with the item, then adds 한정수량 준비되어 있어 사전 알림 없이 조기 소진 될 수 있습니다 — a limited quantity is prepared, so it can sell out early without prior notice. Olive Young marks the same idea in titles with tags such as [미니증정] and [50%용량증정]. A free extra is a bonus on top of what you paid for, and it can disappear while the paid item stays on sale. Payment and Discount Exclusions
네이버페이 불가, 쿠폰 및 적립금 사용불가
The same rom&nd notice rules out 네이버페이 (Naver Pay), 쿠폰 (coupons) and 적립금 (store credit) for the discounted line. These exclusions sit beside the price because they change what you pay. Naver Shopping adds that the final 적립금액 depends on whether points and coupons were used and on the option price — so a headline figure is conditional. The same block sometimes rules out 무통장입금, a transfer to the seller's account that Naver recommends handling through escrow and that normally needs a Korean bank account.
판매자 and 통신판매중개자 — who is actually selling
Korean pages separate the seller from the platform. Naver states that it is a 통신판매중개자 — an intermediary, not a party to the sale — and that responsibility for the product and the transaction rests with the seller. Musinsa uses the same wording for some listings, so check whose 교환/반품 policy you are reading: the seller's, not the marketplace's.
A Checklist Before You Submit a Request
- Open the option field and look for 품절 beside the shade, size or bundle you want — not just at the top of the page.
- Read the notice block near the price; limits and exclusions usually sit there.
- Copy the exact option name (단품, 2입, 더블 기획) rather than the product name by itself.
- Treat 증정 as a bonus, 한정수량 as a warning, and any 단독구매불가 line as a signal that a second item must be added.
