1. Customs and Duties (CRITICAL)

Import Taxes and Customs Compliance

🇪🇺 EU Customers — DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Policy

For shipments to European Union member states, Ships From Korea operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. VAT and applicable customs duties are collected in advance at the time of Phase 1 (item) payment and remitted on your behalf. No additional customs payment will be required upon delivery.

All EU orders: Country-specific VAT + 3% DDP handling fee

Orders exceeding €150: Additional 15% customs duty applies

Exchange rate: Fixed at 1 EUR = 1,650 KRW for calculation purposes

Orders exceeding €150: Package consolidation is not available

⚠️ Pre-collected customs fees are non-refundable once the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Non-EU Recipient Responsibility:

For all non-EU destinations, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all local laws. Ships From Korea is NOT responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees for non-EU shipments.

Carrier Service Fees (Non-EU):

Carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) may charge an "Advancement Fee" or "Disbursement Fee" for paying customs duties on your behalf. These are separate from government taxes and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

No Refund on Customs-Related Returns:

If a package is returned due to unpaid taxes (non-EU), refusal to pay carrier fees, or customs rejection, NO REFUND will be issued for the original shipping costs.

Additional Charges:

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any penalties charged by the carrier due to non-payment or abandonment.

2. Shipping Address Policy

Address Lock After Payment

The shipping address registered at the time of Phase 1 (item) payment is permanently locked and cannot be changed thereafter. This policy exists to ensure accurate customs calculation (especially for EU DDP) and to comply with PayPal Seller Protection requirements.

  • Address changes after Phase 1 payment are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing payment.
  • If you need to ship to a different address, you must cancel the order and place a new one (subject to cancellation fees).

3. Service Scope & Liability

Buying Service

We act as a proxy buyer. We are not the seller or manufacturer. Our liability is limited to the correct execution of purchase and shipping. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects, but we will assist in communication with the seller.

Insurance & Compensation Limit

4. Consolidation (Package Combining) Policy

Multiple orders can be combined into a single shipment to reduce international shipping costs.

EU Orders — €150 Consolidation Limit

For EU-bound orders, consolidation is not available if the item value exceeds €150. This restriction is necessary for accurate DDP customs declaration. Each order exceeding €150 must be shipped individually.

5. Prohibited Items

Users must ensure their requested items are legal to import. If we identify prohibited items (e.g., Lithium batteries over limit, Flammable liquids, Drugs, Weapons) at our warehouse:

6. Storage Policy (Important)

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

7.1 Order Cancellation - Phase 1 (Before Purchase)

Refund Amount: If you cancel before your order is processed and purchased from the vendor, a refund will be issued minus the non-refundable Operating & Administrative Fee.

Deduction: An Operating & Administrative Fee of 5% of the total transaction amount will be deducted. This fee covers non-recoverable payment processing overhead and essential administrative costs incurred during order initialization.

* These costs are mandatorily charged by third-party payment gateways and are non-refundable to the merchant, and therefore cannot be returned to the customer.

7.2 Order Cancellation - After Purchase (Ordered but Not Shipped by Seller yet)

Deduction: 10% Service Handling Fee (Capped at US$ 50) + **Operating & Administrative Fee (5%)**.

* These charges account for the professional brokerage services rendered and the non-refundable financial overhead mandated by international payment gateways.

Condition: Cancellation at this stage is only possible if the seller agrees to cancel the order before dispatch.

7.3 Cancellation Impossible Notice

🚫 Strictly Prohibited

In principle, once the seller has dispatched the item (Domestic shipping within Korea has initiated), cancellations are NOT possible.

Exception:

If the seller explicitly allows returns, a return may be processed according to the terms in Section 8.1.

International Transit:

Once the item has been shipped internationally or delivered, it is strictly non-refundable.

8. Returns & Exchanges

8.1 Domestic Returns (Item in Korea / At Warehouse)

Returns are only possible if the seller agrees to the return request. Most secondhand, individual seller, outlet, and clearance items are strictly non-returnable.

Deductions:

  • Return Handling Fee: 15% of the value of the goods (Capped at US$ 50).
  • Logistics Costs: Initial shipping (Seller to Warehouse) and Return shipping (Warehouse back to Seller).
  • Operating & Administrative Fee: 5% of the total transaction amount (Non-refundable).

8.2 International Returns (Item Delivered)

We do not accept international returns due to high shipping costs, customs complexities, and the strict non-return policies of local sellers.

In case of a wrong item received due to our processing error, please contact support with photo evidence within 7 days of delivery.

8.3 Failed Delivery (Returned to Sender)

If a package is returned to our warehouse in Korea due to "Unclaimed", "Wrong Address", or "Refused":

9. Dispute Resolution
