When do I pay international shipping?
International shipping is confirmed after your items reach the Korea warehouse and the parcel is packed and measured. The public calculator is only an estimate.
What should I include in a buying request?
Include the Korean product link, title, option or size, quantity, displayed price, Korean domestic delivery charge when known, and your destination country.
Can you guarantee stock or delivery dates?
No. Seller stock, access, preorder benefits, customs review, and carrier delivery dates can change. We show the latest verified information available for the request.
How is the service fee calculated?
The service fee uses the item price plus known Korean domestic delivery. Handling and optional add-ons are shown separately. International shipping and destination charges are separate.
