98년발행 광복 50주년 우표 등 실제우표가 붙어 있으며, 1998.11.18.자 동해우체국 소인이 찍혀있고 뒷면엔 그리운금강산 가곡이 적혀있네요. 당시 금강산 관광을 하는 사람이나 안 하는 사람이나 전국민이 흥분에 빠졌었지요 당시 시끌벅적했었는데..... 정말 감회가 새롭네요. 지금은 아련한 추억이 되어 버렸지만요. 많은 국민들이 남북한이 오고 가던 평화로운 시기를 그리워하고 있지요. 이 편지봉투는 역사의 생생한 증거물의 하나입니다. - 일반우편: 품절되었구요 - 등기우편초일봉투만 남았습니다. 1장 당 가격입니다.
