고종황제의 명령으로 내린 칙명입니다. 1902년 5월 종6품 박수관에게 정3품 직함을 추증하며 그 품계는 정3품 통정대부로 한다는 칙명입니다. 마지막 이미지 국립중앙박물관 소장중인 국새 칙명지보(勅命之寶) 가 찍혀있는데 칙명지보는 1897년 대한제국 선포 당시 고종 황제가 만든 국새 중 하나로 황제의 명령을 백성이나 관료에게 알리는 문서에 사용하던 도장입니다. 희귀문서로 문서수집을 하시는 분께는 좋은 자료로 보입니다. 상태는 두터운 장지에 써져있으며 세월의 흐름에 얼룩은 보이지만 양호합니다. 크기는 60×40 입니다. 구매 원하시면 바로 안전결제 해주시면 됩니다!
