광복전후기 우체통 700만원 / 운반비 별도 높이 165cm × 지름 65cm 1940년대 초반 국내에서 제작. 대부분 주물우체통은 태평양전쟁때 전쟁물자로 공출되어 목제나 시멘트로 만든 우체통을 사용. 세월의 흔적 있음 / 도색을 새로함 문짝 교체 / 열쇠 있음 몸체는 무쇠주물 / 대리석 받침 제것임. 근래에 일본에서 들어온 우체통과는 문양의 차이가 있음. 이전 소장가 얘기로는 과거 경주역에 있던것 이라고함. 아랫쪽 참고 사진 1. 일제강점기 경주역 사진 2. 일제강점기 경상남도 남천우편국 사진 3. 천안 우정박물관 소장 광복전후기 우체통 (국가등록문화유산 437호)
