- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. - Import restrictions vary by country. If a product is disposed of due to import prohibition, Ships From Korea will not provide any refund, and the disposal cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- If the item is returned due to customs clearance failure, all return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
- To ensure smooth customs clearance, please provide accurate recipient information, including email address and mobile phone number.
- Any costs incurred due to refusal to accept the package will be the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received.
- Return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
